I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in the beautiful town of Wallingford, South Oxfordshire. I offer private therapy services online and face-to-face.
As a Person-Centred therapist, I aim to create a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore and work-through your issues and challenges.
My life has been wide and varied, enabling me to embrace and be fully inclusive of you as an individual - with your own life experiences, wants, and needs . I have faced many personal challenges, and understand how difficult things can be. We will work together to make sure you feel understood, listened to, and supported.
I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, and I am fully committed to ongoing Professional Development. British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) membership 01010711.
