You might be feeling overwhelmed right now, and so I aim to make this as easy as possible for you.
Reach out to me through my 'Contact Me' link and we will begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, at a time that works for you. During this time, I’ll ask a few questions, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions of your own.
If we decide to proceed, our first session will include an assessment to gain a better understanding of your issues and what you'd like to get from our time together.
Together, we will agree a day and time for your weekly sessions.
Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
I offer open-ended therapy to allow you full flexibility to choose how long we work together, and end when it feels right for you. Starting therapy can feel difficult at first though, and so I encourage you to consider committing to an initial 6-weeks to allow the process to establish.
We will work together to make sure you feel fully supported throughout your time with me.
We can use Zoom or Google Meet for our sessions to fully maximise your time and flexibility, or I can offer face-to-face sessions at a location in Wallingford.
